Service Usage

Services purchased from London Book Publishers are for your personal use only. All content is written by professionals who transfer complete ownership rights to you. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We aim to offer high-quality service and customer satisfaction. While London Book Publishers offers refunds under specific conditions, please note the following policies:

General Conditions:

  • 100% refunds are available, but subject to specific eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances:
    • Custom or special service packages.
    • Revisions exceeding initial service scope.
    • Customer inactivity exceeding two weeks.
    • Project on-hold by customer request.
    • Breach of company policies.
    • Incomplete creative brief from the client.
    • Business closure or rebranding by the client.
    • Change of mind or partner disagreement.
    • Multiple revision approvals.

Incompetent Delivery:

If the delivered work fails to meet documented requirements, we offer unlimited revisions. If satisfactory results cannot be achieved after multiple revisions, a partial refund (based on mutual agreement) may be issued.

Late Delivery:

In cases of late delivery caused by our team and verified by communication records, a refund may be processed after three unsuccessful attempts to reach us. Delays caused by the client are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Deadline:

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of final delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

Partial Refund Scenarios:

Refunds may be partially granted for minor issues (e.g., typos, word count adjustments, missing references). The company may offer future service credits in such cases.
Note: We are not liable for delays caused by the client or dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations regarding writing quality.
